We ship Monday through Saturday, but please allow 48 hours for processing. This may be slightly delayed due to COVID-19.


A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take your delivery, our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card would be left to advise you of the action taken, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to your local depot.

    We hope you would love everything you buy from Youblue but if you are unsatisfied with the item for any reason, please return your item unworn, unwashed and in a sale-able condition within 14 days of receipt. Extended to 30 days due to COVID-19. Please contact us at to arrange your return.

    We do not accept returns on jewellery unless an incorrect order was received, a product was grossly misrepresented, it was faulty or damaged on receipt. If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item otherwise a return may not be issued.

    We do not accept returns on intimates, eyelashes and swimwear due to hygiene reasons. 

    All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with sending your refund or exchange back to Youblue will be the responsibility of the customer.
