We ship Monday through Friday, but please allow 48 hours for processing. This may be slightly delayed due to COVID-19.

UK SHIPPING

A signature may not always be required for delivery and if there is no one available to take your delivery, our carriers may attempt to leave it with a neighbour or in a safe, secure location. A card would be left to advise you of the action taken, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to your local depot.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you would love everything you buy from Youblue but if you are unsatisfied with the item for any reason, please contact us at info@youblue.co.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene reasons, except in the case of receipt of damaged products. If you receive a damaged item please immediately send us a picture of your shipment box at info@youblue.co. If the product is deemed defective by us, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.

Each lash is handmade and therefore each one can be slightly different. If this is the case, this would be barely noticeable however it is something that must be noted.
